All Spectra Basics items are made to order, just for you.

That means there will be a slight delay before your order is shipped out to allow us to create your item, usually 5-10 days.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for domestic shipping and 3-4 weeks for international shipping…though you’ll often get your package sooner than that!

Need it faster? Just choose Express Shipping at checkout and we’ll rush your order right out! There’s still a 4-7 day lead time, but the shipping time drops to just 3-7 days within the continental US.

Please keep in mind, Spectra Basics is a small independent design brand. 

That means we may not have the same policies for shipping, returns, and exchanges as huge mega-million-dollar companies or online behemoths.

We want to make sure you love your experience and your order, though, so if you have any issues, contact us and we’ll do our best to help!

We accept returns within 14 days of the time you receive your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please start a return here.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

We will not accept a return if it is not in new, unused condition.

This includes, but is not limited to, if tags are missing; the item appears to be worn or is damaged with stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, missing trim or beads, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal or human hair, etc.

These returns will be sent back to you at your cost or charged a $25 cleaning fee at our discretion.

For returns received on time, unused, and with the correct tags/original packaging, we offer refunds or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you use the return label supplied by Spectra Basics, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please see the individual item pages for return restrictions or restocking fees.

Your return will be processed with in 5-7 business days once delivered to our facility, and you will receive an email receipt once your refund is processed.

Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account – your refund may be reflected on your next statement. PayPal refunds should appear within 24 hours.

Because all our designs are made to order, we don’t maintain a huge warehouse or lots of stock.

That means we have to charge a small restocking fee of 10% if you return items that are not defective. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.

All “Final Sale” and “Open Box” items are sold completely as-is, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 These items are offered to you at the very lowest price we can, so once you’ve ordered, it’s yours forever!
